Our custom designed and exclusive 5 Stage System to ADHD Transformation. Based on 20 years of experience working with 1,000’s of kids and teens.

How do the stages work?

Each stage has a targeted outcome that is accomplished through a series of activities specifically focused on the goal of the stage.

EACH STAGE WILL INCLUDE:

  • Developing the mind and body with targeted yoga movements

  • Fostering emotional control and self-regulation with breathing exercises

  • Creating self-awareness with mindfulness activities

  • Building the ability to self-calm through relaxations and visualisations
